All The Flavors - Bisexual Visibility Day

Bisexual Visibility Day
All the Flavors is an autonomous and experimental project centered around Bisexual Visibility Day, celebrated on September 23rd. The series of six posters aims to deconstruct stereotypes surrounding the theme with the intention of promoting reflection. The chosen medium for this project is wheatpaste posters, which resonate with the concepts of urban occupation and belonging.
Fruits serve as a counterpoint to the seriousness of the theme: the style and colors of the illustrations soften the visual composition of the posters while also alluding to the sexual connotation that is so deeply ingrained and commonplace in the popular imagination when it comes to fruits. Together with the phrases, which reference both common perceptions of the fruits themselves and stereotypical notions about bisexuality, they contribute to the creation of a comprehensive understanding of what we aim to convey with this work.

The choice to experiment with risograph printing reflects our intention that the posters also represent the uniqueness of each observer. Even in a series, the process yields a unique result with each print, including its imperfections: no poster is exactly identical to another, much like all of us.
Here, the posters convey the following messages: "It's not a fetish," "It's not an orgy," "It's not a sin," "It's not a fetish," "It's not a doubt," "It's not a myth," and "It's not promiscuity.
The posters in this project were created independently with the support of @entrecampo print shop. I want to express my immense gratitude for their assistance and collaboration.
